- 1/4 cup Jasmine rice
- 1 cup water
- 1 tbsp butterfly pea flowers (dried)
- 1/2 mango, peeled and diced
- 3 strawberries, hulled and sliced
- 2 tbsp boiled beans (such as kidney beans or black beans)
- Small amounts of nuts and dried fruits (pecans, cashews, hazelnuts, coconut chips, raisins, etc.)
Instructions
- Cook the Rice:
- Rinse Jasmine rice under cold water until the water runs clear.
- Add rice and water to a pot.
- Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to low.
